This Personal Safety Awareness course is designed to provide an overview of the OSHA standards which most affect highway construction projects and educate ODOT personnel in recognizing safety and health hazards which may arise on the site. With that knowledge, informed and credible reports of hazards which may compromise the safety, and heal of all workers on the project or the traveling public may be made to supervisory personnel for correction.
