Off-campus work experience in a health-care facility, integrated with academic instruction precepted by a Registered Dietitian, Dietetic Technician Registered, or Certified Dietary Manager. Students apply the concepts of Food Safety and Sanitation to practical situations within the dietary management field. Accompanied by an on-campus seminar. Co-requisite: DMC 120
