Catalog description

Emphasizes structured hierarchal design to solve business problems using the COBOL language. Includes design theory, sequential file processing, data editing, file sorts, multiple file input processing, sequential file updating and indexed file processing. Programming problems are assigned to assure an understanding of the concepts. All programs are entered, compiled, and executed on an AS/400 computer. Co-requisite: NONE
