Catalog description

A continuation of CIS 150, this advanced course in RPG programming uses the IBM AS/400. Emphasizes interactive programming techniques and file maintenance concepts. Interactive programming activities include screen design as well as the use of subfiles. File maintenance activities include use of the database built into the AS/400. Also introduced are RPG/IV, external program calls, advanced debugging techniques, additional CL commands and creating CL programs. Co-requisite: CIS 150
