Catalog description

Provides the student with an opportunity to use the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom. The experience is conducted under the supervision of a faculty member who assists the student to develop a work experience site. Periodic reports are required. Students work a total of at least 360 hours (usually paid) over the course of the semester at a position obtained through their own initiative and approved by the Natural Science instructor. Course may be repeated but total credit hours applied towards a degree may not exceed four. Co-requisite: NONE
