Catalog description

This course introduces the philosophical concept of ethical leadership and examines the relationship it shares with authenticity and truth, change and transformation, history and responsibility, effectiveness and virtue, power and servitude, and self-interest and the common good. Frameworks for making justified moral decisions are explored and case studies are presented for practice in the application of theories of ethical leadership.
