Catalog description

We will explore evidence-based practices that may be applied to working with individuals with challenging behavior or other skill deficits. Multiple exemplars of antecedent and consequence-based interventions will be presented through required readings and elaborated in classroom discussion. Students will apply basic principles of behavior to engineer approaches to behavior reduction and skill development.
