Covers techniques of medicine and critical care of the dog and cat with a hands-on experience in managing hospitalized patients within the ICU. Develops skills in history taking, physical examination, constructing a problem list, acquiring diagnostic samples and interpreting the results, administering treatments and supportive care, and assimilating medical records.
