Covers various substances, including alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, fentanyl/heroin, methamphetamine, prescription opioids, prescription stimulants, and tobacco, with a focus on routes of administration, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, metabolism, excretion, and effects. Analyzes treatment strategies for harm reduction and prevention.
