Examines wild and forest farmed foods, medicines, floral greens, aromatics, craft materials, landscaping species, and other forest and woodland-derived commercial and non-commercial, non-timber materials and products harvested for subsistence, recreational, and/or commercial use through an interdisciplinary framework. Topics include subsistence, recreational, and commercial harvesters; public and private forest management; products, processing, and markets; labor and supply issues; inventorying and monitoring; agroforestry systems; and anthropogenic historical ecology and resource stewardship.
