Reflects on the relationships between religion, philosophy, and technology, incorporating theories of the Social Construction of Technology (SCOT) and Science, Technology, and Society (STS). Analyzes examples of human enhancement, including the use of prosthetic limbs, sensory apparatuses, medical enhancement, cybernetics, virtual and augmented reality, nootro​pics and psychedelics, and life-extension technologies.
