Emphasizes and expands the integration of the patient client management process, clinical reasoning, professional behavior, and psychomotor skills involving patients or clients with complex health conditions, systems thinking, case management challenges, and interrelated ethical and biopsychosocial factors. Provides training to identify next steps in plans of care, with emphasis on interventions, physical therapy discharge, coordination and transfer of care, and transition to wellness/health promotion activities.
