Catalog description

Examines the role of public policy in addressing issues of power, oppression, and inequality in the contemporary United States. Explores issues and engagement with difference, power, and oppression in the fields of economics, political science, public policy, and sociology and associated careers. Examines policy problems and solutions to contemporary issues such as environmental justice, economic, social, and political inequality, discrimination, and inequities in access to and quality of education, health care, and the criminal justice system using toolkits from these disciplines.
