The history of immigrants to the U.S. after 1880. Focuses on the experience of immigrants and their children in the U.S. and on the history of U.S. immigration policy. Includes several types of writing assignments: nongraded, drafts and revisions, and a research paper using outside primary and secondary sources and scholarly notations specific to the discipline of history.
