Catalog description

Inquires into the origins of mass violence and possible solutions. Uses historical methods, problem solving frameworks, research strategies, collaboration, peer reviewed scientific studies, and case studies seeking solutions to international war, civil war, revolution, terrorism, genocide, nuclear war, and weapons of mass destruction. Provides practice and engagement with historical methods for life-long learning using critical thinking, evidence analysis, facilitation and research skills to share meaningful, open minded communication about war and peace in an interdisciplinary setting.
