Catalog description

Introduces the fundamentals of experimentation, including the identification and application of sensors and data acquisition equipment to construct experiments to test hypotheses. Emphasizes the use of instrumentation and measurement techniques to obtain meaningful data from mechanical and electrical systems. Includes both analog and digital measurement methods. Analyzes data for trends, employs uncertainty analysis and probability, and reports confidence intervals. Effectively communicates experimental results, data analysis, and conclusions.
