Organic nomenclature and fundamental reactions, emphasizing topics such as amino acids, proteins, biochemical energy, and nucleic acids (DNA and RNA). Intended as a terminal course in chemistry, not to serve as a prerequisite to higher numbered chemistry courses. Lec/lab. Does not count toward a chemistry minor.
