Explores critical issues in the planning and management of engineering projects and high-technology work to deliver intended outcomes. Analyzes economic, time, and performance parameters of engineering projects from the organizational and resource perspectives. Introduces network optimization and simulation concepts. Applies fundamental engineering economics concepts to planning and managing projects in a holistic approach that incorporates stakeholder input.
