Tech Draw Interpretation

Catalog description

This course introduces students to common technical drawings including electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and fluid power circuits. Students will gain an understanding of typical technical drawing content including title blocks, revisions and parts lists, and how to correlate the schematic and parts list to physical components. Students will learn to interpret multi-view drawings utilizing orthographic projection and be able to intepret dimensions, tolerances, symbols, and notes on engineering drawings.
