Catalog description
The student, working with the faculty internship coordinator, will develop a learning contract containing specific educational objectives as they relate to that work experience and the student's field of study. Course requirements include a minimum of 120 hours of on-location work, maintenance of a weekly log that includes hours worked and duties performed, and a final paper outlining the student's experiences. Prerequisites: sophomore-level BMC majors or permission of department. Student must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher and obtain the recommendation of an BMC faculty member.
