Catalog description

A detailed examination of the role and responsibilities of the Automotive Service Manager. Topics include, but not limited to: Physical resources, human resources, customer satisfaction, service workflow, selling service, advertising and enforcing workplace safety initiatives. A cornerstone of this course is to help students better understand the complexities of managing/owning an Automotive Repair facility. Practical application of knowledge by way of case studies and basic business plan development. Prerequisite(s): ATC 103 or CHQ 103, or permission of department.
