BIM Fundamentals

Catalog description

This is an introductory course in the fundamentals of Building Information Modeling (BIM), utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture design software. This course covers techniques used in the creation of building information models, including building components and assemblies and the generation of construction documents from the building information model, including floor plans, section views, elevations, schedules and other architectural drawings. Prerequisite: ARH 120 and ARH 140, or permission of department.
