Catalog description

This is an introductory course in the fundamentals of Building Information Modeling (BIM) utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecturedesign software. This course covers the creation of building information model components and assemblies, and the generationof construction documents from the model. Students will learn to create floor plans, section views, elevations, schedules, andother architectural drawings from the model. 2 lecture hours and 3 lab hours per week are required for this course. Pre/co-requisite: ADS 111.
