Catalog description
The focus of this course will be music teaching for grades K-5. Topics include advocacy, concepts of learning theory and educational psychology for grades K-5, lesson planning, instruction, assessment, classroom management, and music technology in the classroom. Prerequisite: Successful completion of MUAP 225 and acceptance into Teacher Education.
