SENIOR PROJECT

Catalog description

This course is a culmination of all concepts that students have learned throughout the Interior and Architectural Design program. Students will work with an assigned client to design/redesign a residential or commercial space. Final project deliverables will include a full set of construction documents including both existing and proposed dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and mechanical prints, and a full design schematic with a material cost breakdown, mood boards and renderings.
