INTERNSHIP IN SPORT MGMT

Catalog description
This field experience for majors in sport management is designed to have the students apply what they have learned through the coursework and extend that learning by working in an organization that is appropriate for their career interest. Students are under the direct supervision of a member of the Department of Exercise and Sports Science. Student must submit a proposal for the internship and have it approved by the department chair and the internship organization. This internship requires 240 clock hours. Prerequisite: junior or senior standing.
