ELEM SCIENCE/MATH METHODS

Catalog description

Participants of this course are presented a variety of teaching techniques and methodologies. The focus of this course is specifically on teaching methodologies and instructional techniques in the subjects of math and science. Candidates will demonstrate proficiency in Phases I and II of the edTPA, and will practice the skills necessary for developing proficiency in Phase III of the edTPA. This course includes a field experience. Satisfactory completion of field experiences are to be completed concurrently in EDUC 175, EDUC 275, or EDUC 375.
