Description: Plant nutrient uptake mechanisms, translocation, and the metabolic and physiological roles of micro- and macronutrients in crop production. Additional focus on how nutrient deficiencies, as well as water, temperature, and pest stresses influence nutrient function and utilization in agronomic crops. May not be used for Degree Credit with PLNT 4243 .
