Description: This course is designed for students in their second semester of the Opportunity Orange Scholars program, and builds on the content provided in OOS 1113 Scholars Seminar I: Introduction to Belonging & Wellbeing. Coursework will include a more in-depth review of biopsychosocial-spiritual health and wellbeing, with an emphasis on application strategies for promoting overall health and wellbeing (e.g., self-determination, Circle of Support).
