Description: Students are introduced to an increasingly diverse American workforce. Successful leaders need to understand the legal dynamics of fairness (e.g., equal employment opportunity legislation), the cultural issues that challenge inclusiveness at work, and the interpersonal competence that enables them to interact with a wide-range of individuals.
