Description: Course is intended for students aspiring to careers in financial management in corporations and/or financial institutions. Extends FIN 5013 to cover real-world applications in financial statement analysis, corporate financial decisions including advanced capital project evaluation, corporate risk management, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Cases, problems, and readings to illustrate various financial problems and techniques of solution.
