Description: Fundamentals of conservation with emphasis on rare and endangered invertebrates including insects. Topics include the importance of enhancing services provided by insects, including pollination, decomposition, pest suppression, and contributions to food webs and how to manage threats from pesticides and habitat losses. May not be used for degree credit with ENTO 5213 .
