Topics include: fundamental deep network architectures, such as multilayer perceptrons, convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks and transformers; deep learning software frameworks, such as TensorFlow and PyTorch; application areas, such as image processing (e.g., object detection, object classification, image segmentation) and sequence processing (e.g., language translation, voice assistants, speech recognition, time series prediction).
