Description: In-depth study focused on diversity and inclusion needs of underrepresented groups in a variety of built environments including: offices, retail stores, hotels, restaurants, government, educational, housing and cultural institutions. This includes examining the lived experience of individuals of diverse ages, genders, physical and cognitive abilities framed within a lens of individual and civil rights.
