Synthetic Biology Laboratory Course

Catalog description

Description: Computer and laboratory excises in synthetic biology including design of genetic circuits, CRISPR-Cas systems. Students will create and test these designs using industry-standard molecular biology techniques. Students are strongly encouraged to co-enroll in BIOC/MICR 3153 using the appropriate prefix according to their major. Same course as MICR 3162 .
