Description: This course develops skills in interpersonal communication, influence, networking, and other practical skills deemed critical for a successful business career. Interactive activities are designed for students to increase their problem-solving, resilience, confidence, and ability to interact with others. The course includes interactive discussions intended to increase students' ability to value different perspectives and learn to relate with diverse groups of people. May not be used for degree credit with MGMT 3133 or HTM 3113 or ORGL 3613 .
