Catalog description

Description: This course is a continuation of STEM I and is designed to teach vocabulary and concepts about topics within secondary and post-secondary educational STEM settings. The course will involve participation in problem and project-based learning activities. Students will continue to learn applicable laws, resources to match both target educational levels, and the profession’s standard practice for both settings. The course will help prepare students to enter the secondary and post-secondary school system as sign language interpreters or Deaf education teachers. This course will be taught in ASL.
