Description: Design, implementation, and interpretation of research in consumer food preferences. Includes design of consumer surveys, conducting consumer interviews, preparing food and questionnaires for taste-test experiments, targeting and recruiting scientifically valid samples, the statistical analysis of data, and communication of results.
