This class introduces concepts and exercises that provide students with insights into the vocal process and helps them develop dynamic utiliza- tion of the voice and speech for the stage. Topics include warm ups, use of the breath, resonation, vocal health, range, releasing the voice from the body and the connection between the voice and the text. Theatre majors only or with instructor permission.
