A survey of Methodist history from John Wesley to the present with par- ticular emphasis on American Methodism. The course includes a study of the current organization and polity of the United Methodist Church. The course satisfi es the United Methodist studies requirement for certifi ca- tion in Christian education and in youth ministry.
