Mixed Methods Research

Catalog description

This course examines research designs that incorporate the strengths of both qualitative and quantitative methods. Philosophical and practi- cal elements of design are analyzed as are rigor and threats to valid- ity. Integrated into all aspects of research are considerations of ethics, human and animal protections, and scientifi c integrity.
