Qualitative Research Methods

Catalog description

This course examines qualitative research as an approach to the genera- tion of knowledge. Students will analyze philosophical foundations and relationships between research questions and specifi c qualitative meth- ods. Threats to reliability and validity of qualitative research are evalu- ated. Integrated into all aspects of research are considerations of ethics, human and animal protections, and scientifi c integrity.
