(fall) 5803 Law and Nonpro fi ts 3 Examination of law for nonprofi ts and their leadership. Exploration of legal and ethical issues and how to relate to the legal community through board counsel. (spring) 5813+ Resource Development and 3 Mobilization for the Arts An analysis of the development and allocation of organizational, human, and fi nancial resources essential to the emergence, evolution, and exis- tence of arts organizations.
