Catalog description

The course serves as an integrated capstone for all business majors. The management of multinational corporations requires all of the standard business skills applied in domestic corporations plus skills to deal with complications of different cultures, multiple currencies, varying govern- ment regulations, and different regulations dealing with fi nancial, labor, and product markets. Students learn to develop and use strategic, organi- zational, and fi nancial policies for global competitive business manage- ment. The format includes lectures, case studies, presentations, and discussions.
