Catalog description

Explores income producing real estate also known as commercial real state. Understand fi nancial feasibility and life cycle analysis of income producing (commercial) real estate investments; the effect of income taxes and various fi nancing patterns on the equity investment, and the criteria for proper decision making to maximize benefi ts for both equity investors and developers. Topics covered include fi nancial modeling of various types of commercial real estate investments - including analysis of balance sheet, income statement and cash fl ow. Introduction of private equity structures, commercial banking debt structures and tax incentive enhancements.
