Catalog description

This course strives to develop an ability to recognize fi nancial prob- lems, analyze fi nancial data, formulate alternative solutions, and render fi nancial decisions. Case materials are used to study fi nancial prob- lems. Management of investment in current and fi xed assets, planning of profi ts, forecasting of cash requirements, capital budgeting, planning of methods of fi nancing and capital structure, dividend policy, and valu- ation of assets and mergers.
