World Literature

Catalog description

A theme-based survey of representative works from world literature; explores universal human themes as well as unique cultural practices. Texts representing multiple authors, genres, periods, and cultures are con- sidered within historical, religious, political, social, and aesthetic contexts. Satisfi es the literature and cross-cultural requirements of the General Education Curriculum. May be repeated for credit when topics vary.
