Catalog description

In this course students explore a variety of best practices and theories of classroom management as well as social/emotional support. Topics include classroom organization, the design of rules and procedures for the classroom; discipline and behavior management; effective lesson plan- ning; teacher/student/family relationships; and developing appropriate social/emotional support.
