Catalog description

Provides an in-depth exploration of Agile project management principles, methodologies, and practices. Students gain practical knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean to effectively manage projects in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Emphasis is placed on Agile values, iterative development, collaborative teamwork, continu- ous improvement, and customer-focused delivery. Student will engage in hands-on projects, simulations, and real-world case studies to master Agile tools and techniques, such as user stories, sprints, backlog man- agement, and Agile metrics. Additionally, students will learn strategies for scaling Agile, managing stakeholder expectations, and fostering a culture of agility within organizations.
