Catalog description

This course is a study of the combined elements of contemporary theatre through examination of audience/performer relationships and the organization of support personnel. The focus is on current and classical plays with special emphasis on dramatic analysis, cultural significance, and critical thinking. Mandatory attendance is required at selected Bay Area theatres at students' expense.
